The first charitable photography exhibition was inaugurated here on
Wednesday. The 4-day exhibition is being held under the auspices of the
Saudi Cancer Society (SCS).
All the proceeds from the exhibition will be
utilized for the welfare of cancer patients in the Kingdom.
Solaiman Al-Moqbil, the Director General of Social Affairs in Riyadh,
launched the show entitled “For Them” at Gharnatah Commercial Center. The
exhibition includes over 60 photos with the participation of 31
photographers from different regions of the Kingdom, many of whom have had
their work displayed internationally. The exhibition also includes a corner
for the Saudi Cancer Society where visitors can learn about the efforts and
care offered to cancer patients.
